The hotel does have a very old fashioned interior, the room was clean but did not have a fresh climate. Television of bad quality and room very noisy. + Good location: very close to metro ¨Alvarado¨, which takes you directly to Paseo del Prado, and close to metro ¨Nuevos Ministerios¨, which goes to Barajas airport. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. - No way 4-star hotel! An echo of passed glory. Oldfashioned in design and tired furniture, doors. Wi-fi was not working properly the first night.

No way this hotel is 4*, bed not confortable, pillow terrible. Shower too low if you are taller than 1.8m. It's old and refurbishment. The walls are so thin that I could hear the "party" above or beside me. Breakfast cheap but not good, would prefer to have paid a bit more and have something decent.

Bad experience. So expensive. No services. Shower turning hot and cold. Bed not very clean. For sure this is the last time I come here. Four stars is incredible for this hotel. It's near from the center and it has lot of restaurants near, but it is the only good "service" that it offers.
