Okay, so the location is good.....and the room was clean, but that's about it. The front desk staff was indifferent, the bellboy was the only one who smiled. The location was everything. You can walk to the Prado,Reina Sofia and the plaza Mayor. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room we had was small but clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All things considered this is a great place to stay. more
