Excellent location, central, close to everything. On the main road that has a tourist bus (good for sightseeing). Staff quite helpful and room was large, clean and free internet. The only downside is that the entrance to the hotel is up-the-stairs through double doors and managing that with multiple pieces of luggage is very difficult and there was no porter.... more

Booked this hotel via www.booking.com after read many reviews from many websites. It was one of the really good hotel in Madrid especially the location. It's right on the Gran Via and about 20 steps from the Metro ( Palza de Espana Station) which made it easy access from the airport and it cost only 2 Euros for the Metro.... more
