Quite simply, one of the best hotels in Madrid. A cut above. A professionally-run hotel. Spacious, plush rooms, palatial bathrooms, helpful staff, excellent location in downtown Madrid. Although location and service is ok the rooms (clean enough ) are very old styled and too depressing. Additionally exept reception there is a problem if you dont speak spanish , they hardly understand you. If you want to vist the center of the city you can even walk or use the subway that is safe and runs till late more
