Stayed here for 2 nights in Jul 08. Location is fairly good thou trying to find it from Melia Castilla metro station is a little difficult. The hotel was extremely busy when I stayed. This is a 3 star hotel rather than the 5 star it claims. But the room rate reflects this. The staff are friendly which makes up for the many inconveniences. It is a very nice hotel. Excelent quality of service, friendly staff. A great experience overall. I stayed for business during 3 day on a meeting of my company, we used the auditorium and other meeting rooms. "The word is perfect". I stayed over the weekend with my friends and really enjoyed it more. GREAT more

Not good. Soul-less high rise out of the city centre. Poorly laid out, poor fixtures and fittings and terrible to average food.
