We stayed on the Level: the difference is that the Level's guests have to check-in at a separate administrator's desk and ask for any help there as well. We have to address our requests to the main reception as there always was a queue waiting for assistance at the special desk due to working of one administrator only. The halls... More

Really recommend this hotel. Close to downtown and many attractions, close to metro. We like to run in the morning and there is this incredible Parque Del Este right behind the hotel. Perfect Experience. The turistic bus stopos very close, and the hotel is just 5 minutes walking to Plaza de Espana. Very good Spa and services. Breakfast very complete.... More

The hotel has a modern funky vibe and is ideally situated close to some beautiful parts of Madrid. The staff were helpful and the free without the use of silly codes a very welcome and helpful plus as we travelled here on business. We were given directions to a selection of great tapas bars close by but the hotel restaurant... More

This was a surprise from my Partner a short break away!! Was a fab surprise, hotel was impressive from the moment we arrived. We were on the Level floor which gave us private check in, free bar and snacks in a private bar area for the level guest use only. The room WOW we had a corner suite on the... More

I chose the hotel for the swimming pool and gym, as there are very few hotels in Madrid with indoor swimming pools. When I went down to check the pool it was small, crowded with lots of people (the pool is small and 8 swimmers make it overcrowded). Plus they ask swimmers to wear caps, so the crowd looked like... This was the first city and hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Spain. We were quite happy with everything. The front desk was friendly, the reception area was impressive. The room was decent size and had all the amenities. The hotel itself had a modern feel to it. The entrance of the hotel is located on... More

Let's get a couple of minor negatives out of the way. No in room coffee and no clock. Maybe this is standard for Spain, but I need my coffee and I need a clock when traveling for business. Besides that, this was probably one of the coolest hotel I've stayed at. Amenities include, robe, slippers, huge shower head, heated towel... More

The hotel was very nice and modern. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The location was very good because it was right next to a metro stop. If you don't take the metro it is a 20+ minute walk to the city center. We enjoyed going to the Plaza Mayor. I have no idea the price of the... More

It is a very nice hotel, a lot of food selection in the breakfast lounge, very good spa and saunas. Close to the city center and to the subway station. Relatively inexpensive given the location and all the services offered. The only minus is poor wifi internet in the rooms - the signal gets lost very frequently and needs to... More

The Melia Princesa was my location for 3 days and hosted a business conference for the company I work for. Its about 30 minutes outside of rush hour from Barrajas Airport. Cost Euro 38.00 , you can, I found out later , get the metro from the airport too. Its a very modern hotel, and has great reception staff ,... More
