For the high price you'd expect to have some amenities like free water, free internet, shuttle service. The service varied - it was a bit snooty and accomodated requests only after some begging. The hotel is located close to everything what you need to see in Madrid. Take a metro from the airport for only 2 EUROs and you are at the hotel in 25 minutes. Better than the TAXI and the traffic... I will recommend to stay in this hotel.. more

This is a very nice hotel but it seems very geared towards the business traveler. The location is a bit out of the way if you are a tourist but don't let that deter you.
