Great room, breakfast was good, internet Wifi available for 12 Euros per day. A few steps from a subway exit, be aware that on sunday everything around is closed! You have a nearby Burger King or Vips (good meals!). more

This is a comfortable business hotel with some nice touches close to the Bernabeu Stadium . It is also right next to the Cuzco metro station which is very convenient for the airport but somewhat less so if you want to go into the city. Modern furniture, good bed, very clean. Staff at the reception are very friendly but the... more

The hotel is located in Madrid's business district, and was very convenient for the sites I was visiting during my stay. I was booked in for one night, with breakfast included. Breakfast was light, with no cooked options, which was disappointing. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The free minibar is a nice touch. What completely ruined the trip... more

I thought this was a very nice hotel. The location is near train station but is otherwise out of the way for tourists. I was there on business and it was a long way to the convention center and to the old part of town. My room smelled a bit like an old campfire, kind of smokey but not like... more

I stayed in this hotel while on a tour of Spain. Though the lobby was somewhat grand and stylish, I was disappointed with the room quality. I was with both my parents and the only rooms they had for three or more people were interior rooms that were dark and faced the opposite side of the building only a few... more

Beautiful, modern hotel in Madrid's northern business district (near the Santiago Bernabeu stadium). Decent service, gorgeous rooms, and not a bad location really--a few km north of the main attractions, but right on a Metro line. more

This hotel was booked as part of a meeting I attended in the conference centre nearby. Check in was efficient and the room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed, a decent sized sofa and a good desk area. Unfortunately the television was not visible from the sofa and both of the clocks in the room showed the... more

The hotel was very nice..cannot complain..We basically used it only for sleeping as we were out all day.We did not use any restaurant facilities there but ate breakfast... more

Stayed in the hotel whilst attending a business meeting - was very pleasantly surprised. Cannot comment on the location as it was one of those airport-hotel-airport meetings. However the hotel was spotless and very modern in design- and most importantly - everything worked. The rooms were large with state of the art CD/MP4 players and plasma screens and wireless internet... more

Although the rooms were quite pleasant if you like the modern style and the location was very convenient to the financial district, the service was atrocious. It seemed as if the answer to every request was "no" and then, if pressed, sometimes quite hard, the response would become "yes." The staff whether at the front desk, the restaurant or in... more
