My Husband & I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't fault the Hotel. It is well placed for attractions, Restaurants & Metro. Our room, overlooking the front entrance, was slightly noisy due to traffic - however, not as much as most major cities. We stayed in the Junior Suite (us plus our son) for 3 nights in May. The room was excellent , the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The weather in Madrid was horrible when we were there (cold and very wet) but hardly the hotel's fault so it was with great relief that we arrived back in the hotel each... more

The hotel is clean and well located. The people who work there super friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are good size and air conditioned. No iron/ironing board in the room! more

We booked the Hotel Preciados after reading reviews on Tripadvisor.It was comfortable,reasonably priced and well located for metro, shops restaurants. A great flight direct from Liverpool then straight on to the Metro where trains left every minute. Clean, fast ,efficient, oh to have such a great transport system at home!
