First of all have in mind that this a three star hotel. With that being said, the rooms all old, the carpet should be changed (really), the elevators are super old. “Great hotel”

The hotel´s person gave me a room overlooking the palace, so it was great. Overall, my experience was my pleasant as my room was always clean, tidy. The bathroom had your tub so I could relax enjoy almost every day. The hotel has an unbeatable location.

The location is good only a short walk to the heart of Madrid. We stayed in the Principe Pio Hotel in December 2012.The hotel is situated in a great location just opposite the Royal Palace. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. “Fantastic situation”

I was with my wife in this hotel and I loved it, perfect for couples. Good value for money, with a great location, in the heart of the city and a great deal of staff. Definitely an excellent choice if you are visiting Madrid.

“Excellent Cleaning and location”

Although the lobby is not very attractive and old-fashioned the location is excellent because you could walk to the centre of Madrid, take bus or metro. The room cleaning was very good. Quality and price is a hotel we would recommend.
