Our room on the 6th floor had a privatish ( neighbors across the street) terrace for which we did not pay extra. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good . Location is perfect. Could walk to everything. Breakfast is included which was very nice. There was no hot water one day, which was extremely disappointing.
