Our double room (212) with a built-in bathroom was pleasant, clean, quiet and not too small. As the previous reviews have pointed out, Santander is within walking distance of most sights, both the museums and restaurants/bars. The dusty Venecia sherry bar just down the lane is a true gem. more

This hotel was perfect for us. We had a fabulous room with a private balcony . Very clean and a great location for bar hopping. Can imagine it would be a bit noisy on the lower floors. more

The room and location were ok. But the front desk were basically inethical---they quoted one price, then was our luggage was up in the room, they changed the price, and then finally--and worse, without any advance notice they charged the final amount in US dollars to include not only a horrible exchange rate, but also the Visa fee.
