This is a well presented hotel providing modern functional accommodation. Breakfast is quite a good selection, but if not included in your room price it is charged at eight euros per person. The hotel is some way out of the centre, but the nearby metro is very good and will have you in the centre of town within about fifteen... More

Rooms were standard sort of hotel fare but not bad for Europe. Hotel is in a quiet location - about 15 minutes by metro to central Madrid. There are a lot of places to eat in the area but its off the tourist beat so dont expect English menus or English speaking staff. More

This hotel is more of a 3 star hotel, rather than 4. While it had a very nice decoration, the room and bathroom were too small, and the TV looked more like a computer screen. There was also no mirror in the room. The breakfast is very overpriced, considering how right next door there is a place offering a better... More

We stayed here for 5 nights. Very friendly staff, perfect location (the metro just few minutes away). Rooms very modern with a nice interior - amazing shower, super comfortable bed. The only bad thing we can say is about the noise coming from the maids in the early morning, as we heard doors slaming and girls talking loudly. The area... More

The hotel was renovated recently and is very centrally located near a metro with easy access to Madrid City centre. The staff were helpful and even alloed us to check in early (10 am), though the official checkin time is 3pm. More

Hotel is just some steps from Alfonso XVIII station, which connects you directly from Barajas International airport. Friendly Neighboorhood with nice restaurants, stores, supermarkets. Also very close from touristic points such as Gran Via Road, Retiro Park and others. Very nice polace toi stay! More

Hotel was 30 sec from the subway to the left. Very quaint. Old style but with everything you need. Elevator is very, very small. Iron blinds on the windows that let the air in. When closed both the sounds and sun do not come in. Hotel is on a main street, but that was no problem as we did not... More

Well, I should have paid more attention to the reviews, but I was in hurry and booked this hotel because the pictures on Tripadvisor were very nice and the global evaluation of the hotel was quite high. At my arrival I was given a completely outdated suite, which had nothing to do with the lovely photos I had seen while... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, Good location, away from city centre, however bus and metro are less than a minute away, Metro is extremely convenient and excellent in Madrid. Getting to and from airport by metro takes less than 20 minutes, with 1 change in between, at the ridiculous price of 2 Euros each way. Rooms are nice with modern... More
