We stayed for the second time here as had been so pleased with accomodation and location first time round. Although not a hotel as such, any problems/queries are dealt with promptly by the 24 hour concierge service on ground floor. The room was very clean and equipped with all the necessities eg. kettle, coffee, tea, hairdrier, safe, mini bar .... More

I went with a group of friends to Madrid. The hotel is located in a perfect location. Its in a very big street full of bars, cafes, and cinemas. The hotel is in the 6th floor and the staff are very helpful. we checked in very quickly and everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within 2 minutes... More

This hotel shares a building converted into office suites and the hotel proper. This gives a great sense of privacy as you open a private door into a wing of hotel rooms. The upper floor where I stayed is excellent: no intrusive street-lighting; quiet; a terrace with a glass table and two solid plastic chairs. The room is well-lit with... More

Perfect for a weekend or a short holiday in Madrid. The location is strategic to reach each part of the city in a while. The reception is bad but once you are at the eight floor, you think to be in a real hotel. Clean and silent, I suggest the rooms located opposite to Gran Via. The view on the... More

The rooms were not expensive. Also they were clean. We went as a friend group and we were out all day.. We only came hotel to sleep. However noice was coming from the street so i was waking all night.. Also one night, people from an apartment(next to hotel-walls were adjacent) were partying and the music was extremely loud. We... We stayed at Rincon this New Year. Its wonderfull place - our room was too quiet - windows to quiet street (room 902), the balcony is too large. & if you look left, you can see the roof of the king's palace!!! good everyday cleaning. the room is too large & comfortable. new furniture. tea-set in the room - cups,... We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room (at the 9th floor) was quiet and clean, had a nice balcony to relax, all in all very pleasant. The staff was excellent, very kind and helpful whenever we needed them. The location is great too, very central in particular if one wishes to enjoy Madrid's nightlife, as the hot... More

My friend and I stayed at the Rincon de Gran Via in July. I checked in after 11pm, no problem with late checking. We had a double room with balcony. The room was very clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. It is an excellent value for money! The location is superb. Definitely coming back.

Clean spacious room wioth excellent amenities but few hotel services. Difficult to find as it is a group of 9 rooms on the 9th floor. Entrance is not well signposted but is next to a handbag and leather shop. There is a reception kiosk where little English is spoken. there is another receptionist on the 9th floor who will issue... Situated on the 8th Floor of a Medical Centre makes it unlike most city hotels. No formal reception just a security guards office but check in was quick and easy (and we did not arrive until 10.30pm). Room was very clean, a good size bathroom with decent towels and toiletries plus tea and coffee facilities (and fridge/minibar). Large balcony that... More
