This hotel provides clean, safe, quiet accommodation very close (by Metro and bus) to Madrid's tourist centres, but far enough away from them to largely avoid the hassles that accompany being in the very heart of the city. Nice hotel 10 mins from the Bernabou Stadium. You could compare it with a holiday express inn - modern style with all the facilities you would need for a short stay. I stayed at the Tryp Infanta Mercedes on the 2nd may to the 5th with 5 other friends. The hotel is nice, it looks to be very recently renovated in a modern style.It is near Tetuan Metro stop and NOWHERE close to the Prado Museum or Botanical gardens like the info I found on the web said.
