This a beautifully appointed, very modern hotel. The room was huge; bigger than many studio apartments. The hotel itself is brand new and architecturally a treat. The basic suite is huge and well worth the price. Unfortunately, the staff has almost zero personality and don't even try to be helpful. A smile or a "thank you" is foriegn to them. Don't touch the minibar (prices are 10X the norm). The supermarket is only 4 blocks away.... more

Great rooms- good quality, clean, spacious. The Spa part of the hotel is okay- I'd give it 3 stars, the hotel is definately a 4 star hotel though. It's about a 12,00 Euro taxi ride to the city center; nothing really close by for walking; you can see the Sierras from you window though. more
