Its the most noisy place I have ever stayed, do not stay there if you want to sleep!! paperthin walls, alarm on the doors, and that the doors have to be slamd to cloose. Also they try to kick you out of the rooms ca 10 in the morning for cleaning, start phoning ca 0900! No turist imformation, bad english.... more

We were a large group all staying in this hotel/hostel and were very impressed. It's very well turned-out, very clean, and the staff were friendly. The location's great if you're a tourist - 2 mins walk to the Plaza Mayor and the Palace and a stone's throw from the Opera metro station. I'd recommend it. more

This hostal was renovated in 2000 although you couldn't tell from the outside. The inside DOES look new and is cleaned every day. You even receive new towels and sheets every day! This Hostal is in a very good location just around the corner from the Plaza Mayor. The room was very clean and tidy. We were disappointed though as there was no hot water. As well, when we called the hostal to get direction no one spoke English (fair enought) but when we arrived, the same person spoke perfect English (!)... more
