Great staff & nice atmosphere. Rooms however pretty small, and a bit too ikea for my liking. Location is excellent, their 'Glass Bar' is best avoided. more

We have just returned from a four day stay in Madrid to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. It was fantastic. We stayed at the Hotel Urban. The hotel is fabulous. all style, no substance. small rooms, unfriendly staff. No concierge service ( and the staff very unhelpful) This may look stylish, but that is all this place has to offer ( and the swimming pool) - a hotel like this should offer a bit more to it´s customers. on the positive side - the pool is nice - but small. more
