“On of the best view in Madrid”

We really loved the view from our room! This is really great place to stay in Madrid. The room was very clean and comfortable. The girl on the reception helped us very much and was very polite. When we come back we will stay again in this hotel сertainly!

“wonderful small hotel”

We loved staying at this hotel. Located in a great area of good shopping and restaurants. Close to the subway and cabs. Also close to attractions such as Plaza Mayor. “Small, budget, in need to good cleaning.”

Nothing much to write about except--good location. Fifth floor rooms are extremely hot. Air did not work. Bathroom was dirty. Walls were splattered with stains of unknown origin. Matresses were hard. Blankets looked a bit scary, did not want to touch them. So a place to crash, nothing more. Would be a better place to crash if it was clean.

I stayed here on a school trip for 5 nights. It was the perfect location because we took the metro to get to most places. The room I was in faced the street behind the building. This hotel is in a great location, has pleasant helpful staff, free Wi-Fi and the breakfast was good value for money. However that's where the good points end. You cannot get more central than this hotel. It's on one of the streets leading off of Puerta del Sol, the centre of Madrid. It's about 10 seconds to the square.
