“Terrible staff”

The hotel was not really too close to the airport as described. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only gripe is the fact that unless you appear to be spanish the staff seem oblivious to your existence! We waited patiently at reception for help and were continually ignored, i felt insulted and angry. This was'nt limited to the reception.... More

“Acceptable hotel close to airport at a decent price”

Drove into Madrid at 6PM needing a hotel for our flight out the next day and saw the hotel. This hotel has free parking close to the airport (also has a free airport shuttle). Was a clean and comfortable room. The room was a reasonable value versus the big airport hotels. Would stay here again if I needed a room... More

“bad hotel/bad experience wih Desk/waited for shuttle for 70 minutes!!!!!”

Do not be fooled by its three star rating. We were very disappointed with this hotel which claims to be 2 minutes from the airport by free regular service bus.
