The rooms were very clean, the hotel was located in a good place, just a bit far from metro by walking. I would stay in this hotel if I go to Madrid in future. I recommend this hotel to all my friends too. More

The breakfast is too expensive, you can have the same in local cafes for less than half price. WiFi was very good compared to other hotels, and the room OK, only the bathtub was overflowing with silicone around all the joints. Minibar with a flat-fee price... everything 4€, even a bottle of water! More

The hotel was OK. The smell that I have experienced in other Novotel rooms and hallways in Madrid did not exist in this one. Public areas are not extensive and it is a bit far from the center of town. Public transport is available though. More

Always stay here as it is very convenient for the motorway and onward travel. Disappointed this time to see paper cups on the hospitality tray and only 1 individual milk for tea and coffee, a cost cutting exercise too far given the price of the room would expect to be able to make at least 2 cups. Room very hot... More

We found this hotel rather difficult to find and so had to have a taxi driver help us to locate it. However we found the room very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and value for money. We would have liked clearer instructions on how to walk to the nearest train station. At night the main... More

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was great especially in August when we went, having towels provided round the pool was useful with kids meant no wet towels in the room. Its a little out of Madrid but we had a car which helped but I'm sure the staff would... More

Very positively surprised, after I was quoted ca 60 EUR [corporate rate] per night which is rather low in Madrid, I was expecting a dogdy accommodation, yet was presented with a clean bright room with all amenities you need to make yourself comfortable after a long day in the office. Very good size rooms, each with queen bed and a... More

Stayed there one night because we could not reach our connecting flight. Professional and friendly check in close to midnight. Breakfast buffet nice considering that breakfast is not a big affear in Spain. More
