Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Prompt complimentary shuttle from airport. Free WIFI. Room service was prompt with good food and wine. Front desk staff fluent in English. We stay at Clement only two night but is terrific. When we arrived in Barajas airport call the hotel and in 10 minutes they arrived and pick me up. Then we had book a coach service for next early morning at 4.30 . Rooms are very nice and soundproof, personal was very kind and driver too. We couldn't ask better. more
