My friends and I loved staying at Bull's Hostel (seemed clean, reasonably comfortable, nice staff, good location), but after returning from our weekend in Madrid we ALL found that we had bedbug bites! Apart from that, it was a positive experience, but bedbugs are kind of a big negative. more

For little over a month in the summer of 2005, my brother and I went backpacking europe....in Madrid (Spain), we stayed at one of the best hostels around- Bull's hostel!.....the staff were extremely friendly, and the place was clean.....and best of all, it was cheap (~20 USD/night)...highly recommended! more
