This hotel is new and clean and is in a very central location. The rooms are small and basic but fine. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant. This is an excellent hotel in a central Location. You have near by (walking distance) a lot of Bars and shopping area. Metro is les than a minute walk. The hotel was very clean; interior design was modern and very nice; people don’t speak a lot of English (only basic but who dose in Spain ;-), it didn’t bother me... more

Tres Cruces Petit Palace is about two blocks from the Gran Via Metro stop, a very good location for exploring Madrid. However, at times during the day, the streets around the hotel have an abandoned, shoddy, run-down atmosphere. Late at night, though, the area immediately outside the hotel can bustle with small groups of revelers, generating a bit of noise.... more
