This hotel is new and clean and is in a very central location. The rooms are small and basic but fine. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant. One might need to exercise caution leaving the hotel at night, as there were a lot of shady characters about to say the least. The thing I would change about this... more

This is an excellent hotel in a central Location. You have near by (walking distance) a lot of Bars and shopping area. Metro is les than a minute walk. The hotel was very clean; interior design was modern and very nice; people don’t speak a lot of English (only basic but who dose in Spain ;-), it didn’t bother me... more

Tres Cruces Petit Palace is about two blocks from the Gran Via Metro stop, a very good location for exploring Madrid. However, at times during the day, the streets around the hotel have an abandoned, shoddy, run-down atmosphere. Small, clean rooms, very good internet connection, good location in downtown Madrid close to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and others. There is no parking!!!! if you have rented a car it is difficult to arrive, the streets are very narrow and the traffic terrible!!.
