The Hotel is close to San Bernardo Metro, and within easy reach of Gran Via and all tourist attractions. The Hotel reception staff were very helpfull and provided me with a map and advice on where the major city attractions were. We stayed in a family room with our two teenagers and the room still felt spacious. The Wifi access with a laptop in each room was excellent - unlimited access to Tripadvisor and google maps. The staff were friendly and helpful - we would return. more
