We stayed 3 nights at this cute little hotel. The room was rather small but quite efficient. We had a room facing the street and it was quite noisy. We realized there where rooms in the back of the hotel when we checked out. The location is very handy just a few steps to the subway and the Gran Via.... more

Stayed one night at the Petit Palace San Bernardo in first week of May, 2008. Very modern and up-to-date, and as part of the Internet Hotels chain, has good wifi and, a first for me, a laptop available in the room! Arriving at Petit Palace San Bernardo was suprisingly unassuming because it's a little hotel at the corner of the very busy Gran Via. Looks as pretty as those pixs taken by other tourists. The receptionist was friendly and we were checked-in in matter of minutes. In terms of staff in Petit, they are all friend and helpful. Definitely no hostility.... more

This is a hotel in the High Tech chain, and it wants to show as a 'high tech' hotel as well..... The high tech things were: - a modern inside - modern rooms - 2 laptops to use for free for surfing - 'high tech' shower....although, as written before, it is not high tech completely as it floods the hall.... more
