Situated 10 minutes walk from both Tetuan and Cuzco underground stations. Very wide choice of hot and cold buffet breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. An extremely good 3 star hotel. Booked through 1800 hotels at a very attractive price for bed & breakfast.. One of the best value hotels in Madrid. more

We were there for a week. The objective of our trip was sightseeing, visiting museums and trying out Spanish food so we were in the hotel only at night. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room very clean and probably recently renovated. The bed was only a double and the room small by Canadian standards but very comfortable... more

We went for a long week-end. The hotel was spotless, the room adequate. The only thing we found was that the air conditioning was not cool enough and we were disappointed that there was no bar at the hotel but otherwise we could not fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did get lost when we arrived and... more

We stayed in this hotel for a week, and we never had any bother at all. Its clean, and quite a decent size room. The air conditioning was a blessing! The staff were always happy to help and it was nice to have the pool, even if it was freezing!! They clean the room daily and change your towels everyday.... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night. My room had a musty smell to it and I thought it was a smoking room. When I checked with reception they said it was not a smoking room and the hotel was fully booked so I could not change rooms. Housekeeping came straight away and agreed about the smell. She sprayed... more

This hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms were excellent, everything worked perfectly. We had no bother throughout our stay. The pool was a much needed addition to our stay as we went in August during the Indian Heatwave. It was 33 degrees during the night! between 36 and 42 during the day. The only thing about the pool... more

I booked the amaral through the www.spanair.com website for a stay during an extended weekend (thursday to sunday) in late july and I found it to be an excellent choice for me and my needs. I come from Sweden, am 27 years old and travelled alone. Partly chose the Amaral because of their resonably priced doublebed rooms for single person... more

Hotel was nice, staff also and there was even a parking hall for our rental car, which was a plus. 5-10 minute walk to nearby metro stations, 15 minutes to the city, not too bad in such a bif city. Breakfast ok, cleanliness too, nothing to complain. Only minus was the sound proofing of the door, we could hear everything... more

Went with my son who always wanted to go to madrid. Stayed at this hotel, got to say i was very impressed. Room very clean and towels changed daily. Was a bonus having air con as the weather was extremely hot. Pool was ok but the sun gets blocked out by buildings at 6pm. The male staff were very helpful... more

Good location, 5 min walk to two different tubes and situated 15 min walk from the barnabeu. Nothing around but the the tube is 15 min to the center. Rooms are clean and classic, good shower, staff is friendly, good breakfast. Only disapointing point was the swimming pool is open only from June to September. You can take a taxi... more
