We stayed for 4 nights here and were very pleased with our choice. Good location, 10 minute walk from the Palace and Gardens, and in the other direction, the Gran Via. 5 minutes walk from the the Parks and the nearest metro. Madrid is avert busy city with something for everyone. We found great food, friendly people and some incredible... More

The personell at the front deask were all very friendly and helpful. Daniel at the front desk was especially helpful in helping us communicate with our airline... More

We stayed at this wonderful hotel 7 nights. The staff is amazing, specially Yovani, the breakfast waitress, I also can commend Daniel and Laura, who where always there for us. First, we stayed 4 nights, before joining our Europamundo tour, and were thinking about staying in another hotel closer to the center during our last 3 nights, but finally decided... More

We stayed at the Suites Viena once before, in 2008, and it was an awesome experience. We stayed again a few weeks ago, and we couldn't be more disappointed. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The tortilla de patata was cold and rubbery. The churros and porras were bad. Toiletries were never replenished when run out, like shampoo, soap or toilet... More

We stayed four nights at the end of may In a junior suite. The room was large with a huge bed. Having the small kitchen area was handy and we bought breakfast goods in the small supermarket in the parallel street and are on the large balcony which in our room was in the sun in the morning. All the... More

We spent five nights in a junior suite while on our honeymoon. The room was a perfect escape from the heat of Madrid - comfortable, clean, with excellent A/C and a spacious terrace on the top floor. Plenty of storage, smallish but clean bathroom, modern decor, helpful staff (they recommended a great famenco show which we otherwise would have missed),... More

Suites Viena is located a couple of hundred metres up a side street off Place de Espana. Not a lovely locality but really very convenient for everywhere and great value for this area. Large, spotlessly clean rooms with self catering facilities. Super staff, aircon that works, even decent room service from the restaurant a few doors away. You are not... More
