Front desk service was very good, but beyond that I would stay away. The rooms are tiny, the shower stall not big enough to turn around in, and the whole building reeks of cigarette smoke. We paid an exorbitant rate during San Fermin (when you can expect higher prices) but were grossly misled by the online information (renovated in 2003? I don't think so...). Don't pay for the breakfast if you do go, for 7 euros you can feast somewhere else but here you will starve. Location is ok, just three bus stops from the center of Pamplona. more
