so there are no 5 star hotels in Pamplona. I was there for business and stayed here for 3 weeks. The staff is great, the rooms are pretty average compared to any higher end hotel. I went there during St Fermin, paid 800 Euros for one night. There are much better price-quality hotels in Pamplona, with normal practices.
