Rooms at the Casa Otoño have seen better days. It was a great place to stay in the 80's and survived well in the 90's, but has suffered somewhat of late since Mr. Magoo passed on. We went to this place because the normally highly reliable Cadogan Guide gave it a positive review. Mistake. It was a dump. We had asked for rooms with bath. One room, the size of a closet had no window , and a open vent over the door so that all the noise of the hotel came roaring in. The bathroom... more
