Poor service, not very clean, far away from everything, indoor swimming pool is a jacuzzi, fitness out of service, noisy, and the food is really bad! In Alicante you have good hotels like THE SIDI, THE AMERIGO, EL MIO CID, please check them and don't go to the Hesperia. more

Excellent room, clean and well equipped. The location ensures a quiet stay. Little things make the difference: the cover on the bed to put a suitcase on, the bedside carpet cover which is renewed daily, the complimentary bottle of water or the small piece of chocolate by your bed in the evening. The room service was way too expensive and I personally found the indoor pool to be disappointingly small and shallow. The fitness area was also rather depressing.
