We have just had a week in these apartments, a great holiday but plenty of concerns about the accommodation. My party consisted of two 40 year old adults and teenage children 15 and 19. We were also accompanied by friends in their late 30’s and a child under 10. We booked the Alpha room transfer and we were dropped off at the Flamingo Benidorm as neither the contact at the airport or the coach driver knew where the Flamingo Sunplaces were. Fortunately our apartments were just around the corner and I’m glad I had viewed them on Google earth as they did not have a name sign. We arrived at one o’clock in the afternoon and check in took a while as the reception/security man could not speak any English (I did not have a problem with that as after all we are in Spain and I can also speak a little Spanish) and he wrote at a snails pace, we also had to pay 150 euros deposit which I knew about before hand.
