First time at this hotel always wanted to stay here because of it`s location liked the idea it being adult only inside was nice and peaceful, liked our romm but the Black Chicken karaoke bar is open 2pm-2am and our room faced it almost impossible to have any peace during the hours this bar is open even with your windows... more

after spending numerous holidays staying at the ruidor sadly we had to make a few complaints about the breakfast being cold and not cooked properly on more than one morning we felt sorry for the bar staff as they are so friendly and worked theirsocks off owing to the cutback in staff still they will see us again god willing... more

i booked this hotel for a week on the basis of reveiws on here, and that it was an adult only hotel. well the week we was there, the entrance to the hotel was running wick with ants on the steps, this was reported and no one bothered that day to sort the problem out. our room was on top... more

the service was excellent,the rooms were cleaned daily which was great.its in a great location on the main street and only a short walk to the beach.i liked the food best as you had a great choice.least thing probably was the entertainment although i liked the magic show they had there,but they tried their best to suit everybody. more
