Rooms are not 4 star. Old lifts, terrible staff. Lunch buffet and dinner almost the same. Toiletries very limited wifi very expensive. Will never come back to this hotel its more like a 2 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Old bar fridge in the room which didnt even have a bottle of water.

Just returned from Benidorm. A group of ladies stayed at this hotel for a birthday celebration. The hotel was in a great location- on the promenade. Hotel very clean and our room was great- as 3 shared a bedroom. Great choice of food at Breakfast. No faults found with our stay, and we would return in the future.
