hotel well placed for shops beach and prom. excellent food plenty of choice even for the fussiest eater. not a noisy hotel ideal if you need to chill out corridors and rooms carpeted so no noise from other guests returning to room in early hours. rooms also have a fridge ideal for your drinks.nothing was too much trouble for staff... more

We have been to Benidorm many times but this was first time at Don Pancho. Can't fault anything except possibly size of pool, though it was rarely that busy (as there were mainly Spanish staying there -- a recommendation in itself -- they don't seem to use the pool). just returned from a ten day break at the don pancho very good hotel with plenty of choice for even the fussiest eaters . well placed to walk along the prom . one street back from the sea front. bars and shops just round the corner .weather was a bit changable but it did nt spoil our break. more

The don Pancho is the most friendliest (staff & visitors) & cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are of a good size with plenty of wardrobe & drawer space.
