I was very impressed by this hotel. The greeting was thorough but quick and the first impression of the hotel is good. The room was good, although the room didn't have a balcony and faced some scruffy apartments, it didn't bother us as we don't go on holiday to stand looking out of the window! Having previously stayed at the 3 star Bristol Park Sister Hotel, which was Ok last year we were upgraded to this hotel.
