Just came back from the Hotel Bali, not impressed for a four star hotel and should not be classed as one by the holiday companies, three star at best. Just arrived back 18/02/06 rooms clean food ok but the smell in the reception area is not a nice welcome to your holiday. The smell was of drains. Staff on reception not very happy or helpful. We've just returned from our stay at the GRAN BALI and would go back tomorrow if we could. Everything was first class and there was no fault to be found with anything. The hotel itself was excellent in every respect from the food to the service and the rooms were amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. more

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Supposedly the tallest in Europe, that's about all that can be said about it.
