Went with my mum and my two children (12, 8 ) had a fantastic time, our room was great four beds two tv's plenty of storage space. Food was lovely I especially loved my roast beef and roast pots for sunday lunch. Spotless clean room and towels changed daily. Friendly staff. We were packed to leave when our room was burgled.Anything of any value. jewellery. money, tobacca, cigarettes, perfume etc gone. Just back from the Magic Crystal and had a fantastic holiday. Staff were excellent in the bars and restuarant. Always something on the menu for everyone, and plenty of it. Just had the most fantastic holiday at the cristal park. It was made extra special by the fantastic entertainment at the magic cafe by him and her one of the best holiday entertainment I have ever seen. The hotel was very busy throughout our stay. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and the service was excellent.
