As many others have posted on here, do not be fooled by the glamourous photos used in brochures - they have no likeness at all to the reality of the hotel. Honestly... no sour grapes here, but..... Went with my mum and my two children (12, 8 ) had a fantastic time, our room was great four beds two tv's plenty of storage space. Food was lovely I especially loved my roast beef and roast pots for sunday lunch. Spotless clean room and towels changed daily. Friendly staff. We were packed to leave when our room was burgled.Anything of any value. jewellery. money, tobacca, cigarettes, perfume etc gone. Management refused to call police saying WE had to go and report it ourselves. By the time we had finished at the polce station and returned with fingerprint guys NO prints culd be found. Just back from the Magic Crystal and had a fantastic holiday. Staff were excellent in the bars and restuarant. Always something on the menu for everyone, and plenty of it. ignore all the moaners & groaners comments on this hotel cos any faults you might find pale into insignificance when you add up all the pluses the hotel is in best location for both levante & pontiente beaches and you can use the free hotel bus to get about and visit the other great hotels in the group or the... more
