Arrived last Saturday with my partner and 2 teenage girls and 2 young children for 5 nights. Hotel is way out from the center of Benidorm(an hours walk). There is work being done at the foot of hotel which can be very noisy. Food was okay but not really suitable for kids, thought they could have catered for them more.... more

I am afraid that our stay was not the best that we have had in. The worst part of it was the reconstruction of the Promanade. Nothing but dust and the noise of machines. Me and the lad went to this hotel 28/04/09 - 05/05/09. We went All Inclusive which was a big mistake! If you can live on Chips and Raw Meat then thats fine! A group of 12 guys on a stag trip were staying at this hotel. The location perhaps isn't the best for hitting the town and highspots, but it was not a problem to get a taxi into town - didn't cost any more that 10 euros. hotel seems to cater mainly for spanish from entertainment to food. rooms ok but walls paper thin even whispering you could hear next door ,bar staff were good but reception very ignorant, did not want to know if you had a complaint. spanish kids running about the bar area till well gone midnight. more
