Our party of two adults and two children stayed here for a week in June 07. Upon arrival there was no reception and we had no idea how to obtain the keys (the company we booked with omitted to tell us that the keys were to be collected from elsewhere!). Arrived at about 11:00pm on our first night and everything went down hill from there. Stayed at these apartments April 2004, very basic no microwave, no oven. Have to pay €70 deposit on arrival refunded to you when leaving, pool very small and the terrace. What troubled us most was nowhere to leave your cases on departure so guests took it in turns to watch each others. No deposit refunded on safety deposit boxes. No... more

its the worst holiday we"ve had the security guard was arrogent the place was filthy no sunbeds (no plastic in the pool )( no t-shirts in the pool) so lots of sun burn we had to take our rubbish to a skip at the back of the block you hade to clean your own room and they through in linen... more

First impression:- why is there a hole in the ceiling of the reception area, Holidays from Hell springs to mind. Entering the room (12 floor) clean, tidy, basic. Although this apartment building has excellent views over Levante beach, its condition and position let it down dramatically. The building is mainly residential with a few rooms rented to holidaymakers, so don't expect any of the normal hotel/apartment facilities. No shop, no restaurant, no air conditioning in the rooms.
