Stayed from November 26th to December 3rd....clean, basic apartments with everything you need, maid service and towel change 3 times a week, staff helpful and friendly. Deposit of 80 euros refunded on check out with no problem. In a decent area, plenty going on, but quiet enough to be able to sleep. Hotel bar a bit more expensive but only... more

First the bad bits. The deposit is now £80 or 100euros not £40 or 60 euros. The hotel is located on the top of a steep hill ( no good for disabled visitors). The pool is not terribly warm or clean. THE BIN MEN EMPTY THE BINS AT THE SIDE OF HOTEL DAILY AT AROUND MIDNIGHT AND AT THE FRONT... more

We had to pay 60 euros incse there was any damages, so we went up to our room and checked before we unpacked, the bed was broke and our cooker, so we got moved to a diffrent room and everything was fine from then! arrived and staff (johan and vanessa) were great! pool a nice size however wasnt busy so dont know whens its busy. rooms were very clean and a nice size 4 men in each room, had a few probs with keycards as they always needed renewed. aircon 5 euros a day and safe 13 which u get 5 back. more

I have never been to benidorm and it was the best holiday ever .stay there for 7 night levante lux is very clean very big .right near eveythink such as food bars shop ect.staff are very helpfull and i would say it is an apartment to take children too if u have then as there no loud music as u... more

Myself and my partner stayed in these Apts for 2 weeks, we arrived home today. When we arrived we paid 60euros for any damage. Also we paid £15 for a welcome pack. There was not one when we arrived and was told later that they don't do them. We didn't get our money back. The worse thing that happened was... more

I stayed here with my family and I have to say they are great apartments. Ok you do not have any entertainment but it is not a hotel. The rooms are very large and the apartments are very close to everything which is really good. To be honest it has to be the cheapest holiday I have ever been on.... more
