Stayed 13-20 december 2011. Small hotel with a big heart. Room good size, basic but clean with maid service all but one day of hol. Food was hot, plentiful and you could always get something to eat. Great small hotel in the middle of the Old Town. Staff in reception were friendly and efficient,check in was quick and trouble free. A great location in the Old Town of Benidorm, which is the main shopping area and home to true Spanish bars, restaurants and tapas bars (punctuated with the odd obligatory English or other European bar).
