We picked this hotel because it was supposed to have good disabled facilities and a kids club. The only problem was we had been told that it had a connecting room into the disabled room as we were a family of 4 (2 young children, 2 and 5) and the family rooms didn't have disabled access. This is the second time i have stayed at the Diamante. As soon as you walk through the doors you are welcomed by a very large airy lobby. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
