If you're looking for a relatively cheap base in the area this may be fine, but I've certainly stayed in better. Soundproofing in the rooms is not good - snoring partners are bad enough without the snoring being in the room next door (or possibly down the corridor)! There is a sign in the lift asking clients to be silent after 10pm with good reason. It's not in a particularly good location, although there's a beach with pleasant terraced restaurant at the bottom of the road, and bars and restaurants just round the corner. Not really close to Torrevieja - not easy walking distance anyway. The room was Ok - clean at least but a bit gloomy and the glass partition on the balcony was cracked. Shower worked but took a while to warm up and the towels were thin and too small (but I do like a big towel!) Breakfast was nothing special and I didn't eat in the restaurant.
