Stayed at 50flats for 5 nights. Loved the apartment, we were on the 6th floor so only sharing floor with another apartment. Apartment was newly furnished, very spacious, with a balcony, living area and fitted kitchen. Would recommend to anyone. Location was ideal, two, minuted from metro station and within walking distance of central valencia more

Fantastic and well equipped apartment and well located near Angel Guimera metro station (one stop from the main railway station in Valencia) and a short walk to the old town. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great apartment at the back of the building, so no traffic noises (but birdsong from the caged birds in the garden). 50 Flats is a brand new "ultra modern" apartment hotel. We stayed two nights for 155 euros which included a complete change of linen after first night. One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc., and sofa bed for third person. Also has Wi-Fi, which we didn't use. Front desk personel were very helpful.
