The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Checking in was made easy by the english speaking staff who were very helpful. Stayed for just the two nights earlier in the month and had misgivings before arriving after reading some of the reviews. If you are in the city for a couple of days then this is a perfect base, 5 minutes from Colon and Xativa (sp) metro stations.
