I cannot fault the actual hotel, which was clean, modern, and had helpful staff. The bad part is that you are quite a distance from the things that you want to see in Valencia. Yes, there's a very good metro that whisks you to these places, but there's nothing better than being in walking distance of these places. more

Hotel was in a middle of a huge building site. Both the corridor carpets and our room's carpet were filthy and unfortuntely same goes with the pool. We were very disappointed as the pool was the main reason why we chose this hotel. This was our first and last time in Novotel. This hotel doesn't deserve four stars. more

Quite conveniently placed if coming into the city by car from the west or north.. Pretty easy to get to..
