The Puerta Valencia is an elegant hotel with some exquisite touches deserving of it's rating. The lobby and exterior along with the attention to details make you pleased you booked to stay. Our room was on the top floor with balcony facing the avenue. We found everything we needed, a huge selection of freebies in the bathroom, bathrobes and slippers... more

The hotel was reasonably easy to find, and looks very nice. They provide a Bang and Olufsen phone in the room - just goes to show the extent they've gone to to make the place look amazing... and it does! All the rooms are a great size and very well fitted. Staff are friendly, and very helpful. The bar is... more

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and on 1st day walking to Palau de Science and Arts was robbed in the avenue of the hotel - watch out for thiefs - went to police and all. Hotel is quite charming, but the choice of having the windows all in glass made room very, very noisy. Not only I could hear... more

I spent there a nice week in July 2008 with a friend of mine. We had a hired car, travelled from Valencia airport. It was not a really difficult task to find the hotel as it is located on an avenue. The only issue was parking as the hotel garage was full and we had to cruise around to find... more

We got a really good deal on this through Easyjet, and for what we paid i was really pleased. I would class it more as a businessmans hotel - which is a bonus as far as i am concerned as everything is clean and well looked after, and its really quiet at night as you dont have drunken holiday makers... more

Excellent hotel, first time in Valencia but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly, happy to provide you with any information and help you asked for. Hotel restaurant a little pricey but good, bar and restaurant staff very attentive and cutomer focused. Hotel room was good size even with 3 beds, bathroom large, lots of hot water and a great... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here in July for one night with some friends, both rooms were of a high standard - nothing flash but definitely comfortable with enough room, nice bathroom, quiet and a cafe/restaurant attached that made us a good coffee. The breakfast service was excellent, lots to choose from, staff were friendly and helpful. We found getting... more

The hotel is located maybe 15 minutes walk from metro station Arimstat. It took me slightly longer the first time because it was easy to get lost - there were several streets which did not have names! The hotel is a modern art deco building. The check-in was slow due to there only being one person on the desk and... more

We stopped in Valencia for one night only and I can't remember why we chose that hotel. Probably because it was easy to find at the end of the day. It's pretty far from the old town and we had to go by taxi. The room was ok but the bed cover needed to be cleaned!! Its' not a good... more

This hotel was ideal for us as we were in Valencia for the F1, the hotel is about 10 mins walk from the old town. It offers excellent value for money, rooms were nice enough, clean etc, the only problem we all had was our room cards kept locking us out so we had to have them re activated daily.... more
