The hotel is currently under construction. There are 26 rooms available. My room was clean but it was in the attic so the ceiling sloped considerably and it was very small. The staff were friendly and the food was nice but the location is in behind some flats so the views were not good. I was there for a meeting and the meeting room had no ventolation or light. It is near a large shopping centre but needed a taxi to get to Cocenza. I am not reccomending it.
