The breathtaking views from this lovely hotel would alone be worth the price to stay there, but throw in a very large and charmingly appointed room, impeccable cleanliness, great service, and the best limoncello we've ever tasted and you have a real winner. The welcome was warm and we were upgraded to a better, (very pleasant), room for no extra charge and the management were very helpful at all times. Whatever you do, do not book at this hotel. I recently made a reservation for our upcoming trip to Italy. We gave our deposit for 2 nights ($300CDN). Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to a family tragedy. I cancelled well over 3 monthes in advance (cancellation policy is 2 weeks), & I am yet to get my refund back.... more
